Software and control
The device works based on an intelligent microcontroller managing the physical data transmission layer and energy distribution. Algorithms implemented in the device logic allow for automatic detection of voltage drops over long cable runs and optimization of the transmission to maintain connection stability even at boundary distances of 800m. The system supports transparent transmission of Ethernet packets, making it completely invisible to the network protocol layer, requiring no IP configuration and operating in Plug & Play mode. The intelligent PoE monitoring system protects connected devices against overload, dynamically adjusting operating parameters to the current load and quality of the transmission medium (twisted pair).
