Lenses for Industrial Cameras

Choose the perfect lens for your industrial camera. The lens is the "eye" of every industrial camera. It determines which area will be monitored (angle of view) and how detailed the image will be (zoom). Choosing the right lens is crucial for the effectiveness of the entire CCTV system. At Actii.us, we offer lenses that will meet every challenge. Types of lenses in our offer: To make it easier for you to choose, we have divided our offer into several main types: Fixed focal length lenses...

  • Fixed Focal Lenses
Fixed Focal Lenses for CCTV Cameras. Fixed focal lenses for industrial cameras are the basic type of lenses used in monitoring. They are characterized by a set, unchanging focal length, which translates into a constant viewing angle of the camera. They do not have focal length adjustment (zoom). They are available in versions with manual iris adjustment (Manual Iris) and without adjustment. The choice of focal length depends on how wide an area and from what distance you want to monitor.
  • Varifocal Zoom Lenses
Precise Frame Setting - Varifocal Lenses. Varifocal lenses with manual iris adjustment are the most flexible solution for industrial cameras. They allow for manual and precise setting of image zoom (focal length) and focus during camera installation. Thanks to this, you have full control over the frame – this allows the camera to see exactly what you want it to see, without the need to physically move the camera closer or further. Benefits of varifocal lenses include versatility during setup.
  • Auto-Iris Lenses
Excellent Image in Variable Conditions - Auto-Iris Lenses. Lenses with the Auto-Iris (Automatic Aperture) function are essential in cameras operating in places with strongly changing lighting, and therefore primarily in outdoor cameras. These lenses have mechanical aperture control that is connected to the camera. The camera, analyzing the amount of light falling on the sensor, automatically closes or opens the aperture in the lens. This allows for optimal image quality in all lighting conditions.
  • Motozoom Lenses
Remote Frame Adjustment - Motozoom Lenses. Lenses with the motozoom function are the most advanced type of lenses for industrial cameras (not counting integrated PTZ cameras). They allow for automatic and remote control of zooming in (zoom) and out (wide) of the image, as well as automatic focus adjustment (Auto-Focus). Control usually takes place using the camera interface (e.g., via the network in IP cameras) or via a recorder (e.g., using CoC control in analog systems).
  • Board Camera Lenses
Compact Board Lenses (M12 / S-Mount). Board lenses, also known as S-Mount or M12 mount lenses (from the 12mm thread diameter), are small and compact lenses designed for mounting directly on the camera sensor board. They are most commonly used in dome cameras where small size matters, outdoor cameras with IR LEDs (many compact bullet cameras use this type of lens), and miniature and hidden cameras.
  • Megapixel Lenses
Sharpness and Detail for IP Cameras. Megapixel cameras (IP, AHD, CVI, TVI) with high resolutions (Full HD, 2MP, 4MP, 5MP, 4K) require special lenses that are able to transfer such a large amount of detail to the sensor. Megapixel lenses are intended for use in IP and analog HD cameras. Using a standard lens (designed for SD analog cameras) in a high-resolution camera would result in a blurry, out-of-focus image that does not utilize the camera's full potential.
