Software
Recording mode: Manual - recording by manually turning on recording, Continuous - continuous recording for one camera or multiple cameras, Scheduled - Recording at a specified time cyclically (e.g., Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00). According to events from alarm sensors or motion detection. According to events - Manually set recording at a precisely specified time (e.g., from 26.12.2007 21:00 to 27.12.2007 22:00)
Image compression
H.264 (This is the best encoding used in industrial television. It allows for significant savings in hard disk space.)
Image preview
Screen division: 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 12 video channels.
Live preview from recorded cameras.
Preview of saved video materials and BACKUP
Preview of recording archives. Searching for recordings. Browsing of recording archives is possible on several program screens simultaneously (e.g., you can browse recordings from 16 cameras simultaneously). You can increase the speed of browsing recordings (1x, 2x, ... 8x). Recordings registered from motion detection mode are marked in red (this facilitates browsing recordings).
Recordings can be saved to AVI files (available from any movie player program), take a snapshot of a video sequence to a JPG graphic file, or print video sequences.
Color settings for each camera: brightness of the recorded image, contrast, saturation, color hue (color, black and white, sepia...)
Recordings can be saved to any number of hard drives. There are no limits to just one partition. In case of disk filling, the system will automatically start overwriting old recordings or, if defined, recording to another hard drive available to the program.
The program saves events in logs. They can be viewed through the server program. Events can be sorted by type (e.g., recording from detection, signal loss from camera...) This facilitates, for example, browsing motion detection events, browsing who and when logged into the server, or connected remotely to the server.
