Management is carried out via the Hik-Connect mobile application (available for Android and iOS systems) or professional iVMS-4200 client software for PCs. This software enables full configuration of the video intercom system, adding and removing users, assigning proximity cards to specific people, and viewing event logs. Thanks to cloud integration, the user can receive notifications about entry attempts directly to their smartphone, as well as remotely open the wicket or gate from anywhere in the world. The interface is intuitive and allows for easy administration even of extensive multi-tenant systems. The system also supports remote firmware updates via the main module.
