The Hartte XS series electric strike is a modern and extremely functional solution dedicated to access control systems, intercom, and video intercom installations. Its key feature distinguishing it from the competition is its extremely narrow design – the device width is only 16.2 mm. This characteristic allows for trouble-free installation in very narrow profiles and door frames where standard, wider electric strikes simply do not fit. Thanks to its fully symmetrical construction, the product is universal and works perfectly in both left and right doors of various types, which significantly facilitates the planning and installation process on site.
The advantage of the XS12UW model is the innovative, radial shape of the strike. During operation, the bolt rotates in such a way that it does not protrude beyond the outline of the electric strike housing. In practice, this means that the installer has to make a smaller opening in the door frame, which not only speeds up the work but also positively affects the aesthetics of the door finish. Additionally, the strike has an adjustment function in the range of up to 3.5 mm, which allows for precise matching of the mechanism to the latch of the handle lock, effectively eliminating any play and ensuring smooth closing of the door leaf.
The product is characterized by very high mechanical strength at the level of 3000 N (which corresponds to about 300 kg of pressure) and an impressive service life, which has been tested for 200,000 cycles of correct opening. This model is equipped with a mechanical latch lock, which is extremely useful in public utility facilities or offices – it allows for temporary release of the bolt permanently, enabling free passage without the need to use a key or card.
