The TL-MERC-MR70X router is a modern network device supporting the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard, ensuring high performance and wireless connection stability. The device broadcasts two independent networks: in the 5 GHz band with speeds up to 1201 Mbps and in the 2.4 GHz band with speeds up to 574 Mbps. Thanks to this solution, the user can freely manage network traffic, directing demanding applications, such as HD video streaming or online gaming, to the faster 5 GHz band, while less demanding tasks, such as web browsing or e-mail, are handled by the 2.4 GHz band.
The device has been designed for small and medium-sized offices, single-family homes, and apartments. Equipped with 4 external omnidirectional antennas with 5 dBi gain, it guarantees wide signal coverage and excellent performance throughout the coverage area. The use of Wi-Fi 6 technology translates into greater throughput, lower latency, and better support for multiple devices simultaneously. The router has a built-in 3-port Gigabit Ethernet switch and a WAN port, which enables fast wired connection for desktop devices. Additional advantages include features such as parental control, guest networks, VPN support, and advanced WPA3 security, which protect the network against unauthorized access. The device is easy to configure and manage via an intuitive browser interface.
