They serve a dual function: they ensure proper air circulation for active devices and act as slots for Wi-Fi signal transmission, which allows for the installation of routers inside the cabinet without significant attenuation of the wireless signal. The interior of the box is equipped with a prefabricated mounting plate that allows for quick and easy installation of devices such as cable TV modems, RTV amplifiers, or multiswitches. The plate has holes for threading cable ties, which allows for maintaining perfect order in the cabling.
