The Hik-Connect software is a comprehensive solution for remote management of the monitoring system from mobile devices running Android and iOS. Thanks to P2P cloud technology, connection configuration is extremely simple and does not require a static IP address or complicated port forwarding on the router. The user can remotely control PTZ cameras, use two-way audio communication, and share the view with other people with specific permissions. The interface is intuitive and optimized for smooth operation even with a weaker internet connection.
