Software
The device works with the free Hik-Connect application (Android/iOS) and iVMS-4200 software for PC. These applications allow for full live view, playback of recordings from a memory card or recorder, remote configuration of camera parameters, support for push notifications about events (e.g., motion detection, tampering), as well as two-way audio communication. The web interface allows for advanced network configuration, video stream settings, privacy zones, recording schedules, and intelligent image analysis (object classification). Cloud access (P2P) ensures easy connection without the need for a public IP address.
