The module features a built-in microcontroller supporting the DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) diagnostic interface. It is possible to monitor data such as: module operating temperature, supply voltage, laser bias current, as well as transmitted (Tx power) and received (Rx power) optical signal power.
