The RE1200 OUTDOOR is an advanced outdoor access point and Wi-Fi 5 signal repeater, designed to the AC1200 standard. The device provides reliable wireless connectivity, operating as a standalone access point or as a satellite in an extensive Cudy Mesh system. Thanks to support for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, it offers a total data transmission speed of up to 1200 Mbps (300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mbps in the 5 GHz band), which ensures smooth video streaming, fast file downloads, and stable operation in demanding network environments.
The device is equipped with MU-MIMO and Beamforming technologies, which significantly improve network performance by directing the signal directly to connected devices and reducing interference. A robust construction with an IP65 ingress protection rating makes the repeater fully resistant to harsh weather conditions, such as rain or dust, making it an ideal choice for outdoor installation on buildings, in gardens, or on facades. An additional advantage is the built-in 4 kV surge protection, which protects the electronics against the effects of lightning strikes.
Installation of the device is extremely simple thanks to the possibility of wall or pole mounting, and power is supplied via 24V Passive PoE technology, which allows power and data to be transmitted via a single network cable. A dedicated power adapter is included in the set. The RE1200 OUTDOOR supports AP, Extender, and Client operating modes, offering the user full flexibility in network configuration. Device management is carried out via an intuitive browser interface or the dedicated Cudy mobile application, available for Android and iOS systems, which allows for quick configuration and monitoring of the network status from anywhere.
