This device has been designed for the most demanding alarm systems where reliability and detection precision are a priority. The most important structural element of the IVORY detector is an advanced optical system using a high-class segmented mirror. Unlike traditional lenses, this mirror allows for extremely precise shaping of detection beams, which translates into constant and high sensitivity throughout the entire protected area, which is an impressive 18 by 18 meters. One of the key advantages of this solution is the complete elimination of the dead zone located directly under the detector. As a result, an intruder cannot bypass the system by trying to approach close to the wall on which the device is mounted.
Another advantage is the use of a dual pyroelement, which, combined with a next-generation digital detection algorithm, guarantees excellent resistance to false alarms. The detector intelligently analyzes signals arriving from the environment, filtering out those that do not originate from a moving human. Thanks to this, the detector can effectively distinguish an intruder from disturbances such as air mass movements, sudden changes in sunlight, or electromagnetic interference (RFI/EMI). Additionally, the software manages the digital temperature compensation function, which corrects the detection threshold in real-time based on readings from the built-in temperature sensor, ensuring operational stability in all conditions.
