The professional OPU-3-P surface-mounted enclosure was designed by the renowned security systems manufacturer, SATEL. It is a key component of advanced intrusion and robbery signaling systems (SSWiN), providing not only an aesthetic finish to the installation but, above all, physical protection for the heart of the system – the alarm control panel. Made of high-quality white polystyrene, it is characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to aging.
One of the most important advantages of this enclosure is its full compliance with the rigorous EN 50131 Grade 3 standard, which allows it to be used in high-risk burglary facilities such as banks, museums, or weapons depots. The enclosure design provides space for mounting an efficient battery with a capacity of up to 18Ah, which guarantees a long system backup time in the event of a mains power failure. Dedicated mounting points for 40VA or 60VA transformers have also been prepared inside, which facilitates cable organization.
Double tamper protection effectively informs the system of any interference attempt, both by opening the door and by attempting to tear the entire device off the wall. The modern, neutral design makes the enclosure blend perfectly with the decor of modern office and residential interiors, remaining a discreet element of the security system. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the process of installing control panels and expansion modules is fast and intuitive, which significantly shortens the installer's working time.
