Description

The ETHM-1-PLUS communication module is an advanced solution that allows alarm systems based on INTEGRA, INTEGRA PLUS, and VERSA control panels to be enhanced with modern Ethernet connectivity. Thanks to this device, the alarm system gains entirely new capabilities in terms of monitoring and remote operation. The module enables the transmission of event information to a monitoring station using fast and reliable TCP/IP and UDP protocols.

Notifications

Collaboration with INTEGRA Plus control panels (firmware version min. v1.13) enables sending notifications about alarms and troubles directly to defined e-mail addresses.

All transmission between the module and external software is encrypted using advanced algorithms, which prevents unauthorized persons from taking control of the system.

Network Protocols

Support for Ethernet 10/100 Base-T standard. Implementation of the TCP/IP stack and DHCP protocol allows for easy IP address assignment in the local network infrastructure.

The module provides an open communication protocol via the TCP/IP channel, which allows for the integration of the alarm system with external smart building (Smart Home) systems from other manufacturers.

The device is powered by a 12 V DC voltage. The maximum power consumption does not exceed 80 mA, which minimally loads the alarm control panel's power supply.

Mechanical Construction

Printed circuit board with dimensions 140 x 68 mm. Equipped with an RJ-45 socket and a PIN5 connector for communication with the control panel and an RS-232 serial port.

Web Management

With INTEGRA series control panels, there is a possibility to access the system via a built-in web interface available from a web browser.

Software Update

The module has the ability to remotely update firmware, which allows for adding new functionalities and patching security vulnerabilities without disassembling the device.
