A key structural element is the contacts made of ruthenium (Ru). Ruthenium is a precious metal with exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion, which guarantees reliable operation for many years, even in difficult environmental conditions. Unlike standard contacts, ruthenium ensures stable contact resistance and eliminates the problem of contact sticking, which is critical for the proper functioning of the alarm system and avoiding false alarms.
The sensors are characterized by high compatibility with alarm systems from leading manufacturers such as Satel, Bosch, Elmes, or Ropam. This model has built-in parametric resistors in a 2EOL/NC configuration (2 x 1.1k Ohm), which significantly simplifies the installation process by eliminating the need to solder external resistors at the sensor. This is a professional solution that allows the alarm control panel to continuously monitor the line status and detect tampering attempts, such as cutting or shorting the wires.
The set of 3 is an economical choice, allowing for comprehensive protection of several entry points. The solid white ABS plastic housing blends perfectly with most modern window and door joinery. The wide operating temperature range from -25°C to +85°C means that the sensors can be used both inside residential buildings and in industrial facilities or garages.

A set of three professional magnetic sensors (reed switches) designed for recessed mounting is an ideal solution for security systems where aesthetics and discretion are a priority. These sensors are mounted directly into holes drilled in the window or door frame, making them completely invisible when closed. This solution not only protects the sensor from accidental mechanical damage but also significantly hinders tampering attempts by unauthorized persons.

Additional information
Operating principle: Why is the sensor electrically NO, but alarm-wise NC?
The sensor's operation is very simple: bringing the magnet closer (closing the window) closes the circuit, and moving the magnet away (opening the window) breaks the circuit.
In the alarm industry, this sensor is sold as NC (Normally Closed). Why is that?
In alarm systems, the "normal" (standby) state is a secured building – i.e., a closed window.
Since the circuit is closed and current flows when the window is closed (magnet is near), manufacturers call it NC.
From the point of view of pure electrical engineering, it is an NO circuit (because by default, lying on a table without a magnet, the sensor does not conduct current), however, alarm installers always look at the operating state when the window is closed.
