The main task of the strip is to coordinate the operation of thermostatic actuators mounted on the manifold, which allows for independent temperature regulation in up to 10 different heating zones. Software and control logic
The built-in control algorithm manages heating priorities and contact switching logic. The strip software monitors the status of all 10 zones in real time. If a demand for heat is detected in any zone, the system first opens the appropriate thermostatic valves, and then after the programmed delay time (2 minutes) starts the circulation pump and sends a signal to the heat source via the voltage-free contact. Such a sequence prevents the pump from running with closed valves (so-called dry running or blocked flow). The controller logic also allows for cooperation with various types of room regulators, automatically recognizing the two-state signal (close/open). The system is designed to minimize electricity consumption by turning off unnecessary receivers when all zones are heated.
