Description

The AP1200 OUTDOOR access point is a professional networking solution by Cudy, designed specifically for demanding outdoor applications. Utilizing the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard, the device offers a total throughput of up to 1167 Mbps, operating simultaneously in two bands: 5 GHz (867 Mbps) and 2.4 GHz (300 Mbps). This ensures smooth media handling and a stable connection for multiple users at the same time.

Specification

One of the most important advantages of the product is its support for MU-MIMO and Beamforming technology. The MU-MIMO technology allows for efficient communication with multiple client devices in parallel, eliminating network latency and congestion. Meanwhile, Beamforming intelligently analyzes the location of connected devices and precisely directs the signal beam towards them, which significantly improves range (up to 550 meters in open terrain) and resistance to radio interference. This is critical in outdoor installations where the distance from the access point can be significant.
