Description

ROGER RUD-3-DES is an advanced, miniature 13.56 MHz Mifare standard proximity card reader, designed for maximum user convenience in access control and time and attendance systems. The device communicates with a computer via a USB interface, which eliminates the need for additional power supplies or complex wiring. It is an ideal solution for administrators of RACS (version 4.4.6 and newer) and VISO systems, allowing for the instant entry of new users into the database by simply bringing the card close to the reader.

RogerVDM software

RogerVDM (Roger Video Device Manager) software is a dedicated configuration tool designed for low-level operation of Roger brand devices. In the case of the RUD-3-DES reader, this application allows for precise setting of operating parameters, selection of data output format, and firmware updates. The program interface is intuitive and allows for quick device diagnostics and adjustment of the card number reading method (CSN, SSN, MSN). Thanks to RogerVDM, the administrator can fully utilise the reader's potential in a Windows environment.
