One of the most important advantages of the XS12UP model is the built-in memory function. This mechanism allows the door to be opened after receiving a short electrical pulse. After the voltage ceases, the electric strike remains in the unlocked state until the door is physically opened and closed again by the user. This is an extremely comfortable solution in office and residential buildings where continuous power supply is not required to release the lock.
