Communication can take place locally via the RS-232 (TTL) port or remotely via GPRS technology. The second element is the PERFECTA CONTROL mobile application, available for Android and iOS devices. This application revolutionizes the way the user interacts with the alarm system, offering remote arming and disarming, checking system status, viewing event history, and controlling home automation outputs. It uses secure PUSH notifications, informing about alarms and faults in real-time. Thanks to the Satel connection setup service, the application configuration is extremely simple and does not require advanced knowledge of computer networks or having a public IP address.
