One of the most important advantages of the OPAL-PLUS model is the anti-masking function implemented via the microwave path. It allows for the detection of attempts to cover or paint over the detector, which significantly increases the security level of the alarm system. The device is certified for compliance with the EN 50131-2-2 standard for Grade 2, confirming its high effectiveness in protecting low to medium-risk facilities.
The detector is equipped with an integrated twilight sensor, which extends its functionality beyond a standard alarm system.
