Description

The DAHUA IPC-HFW1230T-ZS-2812-S5 IP camera is an advanced video surveillance solution belonging to the highly regarded Entry series. The device offers a crystal-clear image in Full HD (1080p) resolution, which allows for precise identification of individuals and details in the field of view. One of the greatest advantages of this model is the Motozoom lens with a variable focal length from 2.8 to 12 mm. It allows for remote, smooth adjustment of the viewing angle directly from the recorder or mobile application, which significantly simplifies the installation process and framing to suit the specifics of the monitored area.

Specification

The device is equipped with a powerful infrared illuminator with a range of up to 50 meters, which guarantees excellent visibility even in total darkness, ensuring that monitoring is effective around the clock. Thanks to the support for modern H.265+ and H.264+ compression codecs, the camera allows for significant disk space savings on the recorder or memory card while maintaining the highest recording quality. The solid, metal housing with an IP67 rating makes the camera fully resistant to difficult weather conditions, such as heavy rain, dust, or extreme temperatures from -30°C to 60°C.

An additional advantage is the support for PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology, which allows for signal and power transmission via a single twisted-pair cable, simplifying cabling and reducing installation costs. The camera also features a Micro SD card slot with a capacity of up to 256GB, which allows for autonomous image recording without the need for an external recorder. Advanced image enhancement functions, such as D-WDR, 3D-DNR, and ROI, ensure a clear and natural image even in high-contrast lighting conditions or with strong light falling directly on the lens.
