Installed the driver and started the program. The program is not responding. I am now unable to measure anything.

A warning may be displayed in Windows, please confirm that you want to run the software.

You can also start a plain text editor: Word or Google docs or a spreadsheet and press the TXT button. The temperature readings will start to appear in the editor.

Connect the device to USB

Press the TXT button on the device.

Are the thermometer values recorded in the notebook?

If you do not check this on another USB port or preferably on another computer.

After connecting the device, does a new item appear in the Keyboard tab in Device Manager?
