The ARCHER-AX12 router is a modern network device operating in the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard, designed to provide high performance in single-family homes, apartments, and small to medium-sized offices. The device broadcasts two independent wireless networks, offering speeds of up to 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and up to 1201 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. Thanks to this band division, the user can freely manage network traffic, directing less demanding tasks, such as web browsing or e-mail, to the 2.4 GHz band, while the 5 GHz band remains reserved for tasks requiring high bandwidth and low latency, such as HD video streaming or online gaming. Equipped with four external omnidirectional antennas, the router provides wide signal coverage and stable data transmission throughout the room. The Wi-Fi 6 standard introduces a number of traffic management improvements, which translates into better handling of multiple devices simultaneously. The device has a built-in 3-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, which allows for wired connection of key network devices.
