Description

RS232 to Ethernet converters, used for transparent data transmission. RS-232 serial port to Ethernet converter, whose task is to realize bidirectional transmission between RS232 (transparent) and Ethernet. The converter is internally integrated with the TCP/IP protocol. The user can apply it for device network communication.

The converter allows RS-232 data to be sent over the network. It can support any devices such as scales, cash registers, fiscal printers, PLC controllers, etc.

Just connect the converter to the RS232 port of e.g. a fiscal printer and to the local network, and install a program on the computer that will create a virtual serial port (COM1 COM2 ...). At this point, it will be possible to operate e.g. a fiscal printer via the local network.

Several computers can use the device connected to the converter simultaneously (e.g. several computers can use one fiscal printer).
