The ACTii AC9753 IP camera is a professional video surveillance device designed for use in demanding outdoor conditions. Thanks to the use of a modern 1/3 CMOS 1.3M pixel 720P ultra-low illumination sensor and a Hisilicon Hi3512 processor, the device ensures high image quality even in minimal lighting (0.05LUX). The camera is perfect for property protection systems, offering fluid HD resolution images and advanced H.264 compression, which significantly reduces network bandwidth and disk space requirements.

IR ARRAY and ICR Technology
The use of ARRAY type LEDs allows for significantly greater range and intensity of illumination at night compared to traditional solutions. The mechanical ICR filter eliminates color reproduction errors (e.g., green tinting in daylight) and improves image sharpness.

3 Safety Instructions
NOTE: Failure to follow these rules may result in device damage or electric shock.
- Power the device only with a stabilized DC 12V 1000mA power supply with appropriate polarity.
- Before installation, ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the device (800g).
- During outdoor installation, protect RJ45 connectors and the power socket from direct moisture exposure (use junction boxes).
- Do not point the camera lens directly at the sun or other very strong light sources, as this may damage the sensor.
- Perform all maintenance work with the power disconnected.
- Product compliant with CE and RoHS standards. Do not dispose of in regular trash containers (electronic waste).
4 Configuration and Remote Operation
Cloud Connection (P2P):
The camera supports cloud technology, which eliminates the need for a static IP address and configuring port forwarding on the router.
- Connect the camera to the router via an RJ45 cable and connect the power.
- Find the Cloud service website address and the unique device identifier on the camera sticker.
- Visit the provided address using Internet Explorer and log in to get immediate access.
CMS Software:
A professional CMS program is included in the set, allowing for:
- Simultaneous live view from multiple IP cameras on one screen.
- Recording images to the computer's hard drive according to a schedule or motion detection.
- Remote playback of archived recordings.
- Managing user permissions (Administrator, User).
- PTZ camera control (if applicable to the system).
Mobile Support:
To access the camera on a phone (Android, iPhone), install the appropriate mobile application indicated in the manual on the CD. The application allows for real-time video preview from anywhere in the world via 4G/5G or Wi-Fi networks.
5 Advanced Network Functions
Motion Detection and Alarms:
The camera allows for defining motion detection areas. Upon event detection, the system can:
- Send an email with snapshots.
- Transfer photos or video files to an FTP server.
- Trigger recording in the CMS software.
Image Parameters:
Users have the ability to fully correct parameters such as brightness, contrast, saturation, and color. Additionally, text (channel number, date, time, bit rate) can be overlaid on the image.
