1 Purpose and Functions
The AURATON 2025 RTH is an advanced, wireless, weekly temperature controller designed for precise heating system management in residential and office buildings. The device consists of an elegant transmitter with a backlit LCD screen and an ergonomic receiver, which ensures easy installation and operation. Thanks to modern algorithms, including PWM mode, the controller ensures thermal stability and energy savings while remaining user-friendly for those who value simple programming.
Key Features:
- ✔ Ergonomic receiver: Simple design allowing for easy installation with removable connection terminals.
- ✔ Control versatility: Capable of operating devices that require both voltage and potential-free contacts.
- ✔ 868MHz communication: Interference-free, stable wireless connection between the transmitter and receiver.
- ✔ High load capacity: Operation under loads up to 16A due to low-spark technology, minimizing relay contact wear.
- ✔ Backlit LCD display: Readable screen for easy device operation in dimly lit rooms.
- ✔ Advanced vacation mode: Capability to set an independent temperature for up to 99 days.
- ✔ Temperature calibration: Precision tuning function for the thermometer readings.
- ✔ Service switch: Easy access to device service functions.
Operating Modes and Control:
The controller offers weekly programming, which allows adapting heating cycles to the household's lifestyle. The user has access to two basic temperature levels (day and night) plus an additional anti-freeze and vacation temperature. The implementation of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) mode allows for intelligent management of boiler switch-on times, preventing room overheating and increasing thermal comfort.

3 Safety Instructions
WARNING: Electric shock hazard!
The receiver of the controller is powered by 230V AC voltage. All installation work must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable national standards.
- Before installing or connecting wires, strictly disconnect the power supply in the circuit.
- The device is intended exclusively for indoor use in dry areas. Do not expose to moisture, water, or extreme temperatures exceeding the operating range.
- Use only high-quality 1.5V AA alkaline batteries. Do not mix old batteries with new ones.
- If mechanical damage to the casing or cables is found, immediately discontinue use of the device.
- The receiver should be mounted in a location ensuring free air circulation, away from metal surfaces that may attenuate the radio signal.
4 Installation and Startup
Receiver Installation:
The AURATON RTH receiver is equipped with removable connection terminals, which significantly simplifies the installation process. The terminals are positioned to allow convenient connection of both boiler control wires (potential-free contact) and devices requiring direct power supply.
- Remove the receiver terminal cover.
- Connect the control wires to the appropriate terminals (according to the heating device diagram).
- Connect the 230V power supply to the receiver's power terminals.
- Mount the receiver to the wall using mounting screws.
Transmitter Startup:
- Open the battery compartment in the room controller.
- Insert two 1.5V AA batteries, paying attention to the polarity.
- After the display turns on, set the current time and day of the week.
- Check the wireless connection with the receiver. The devices are factory-paired; however, if necessary, manual pairing can be performed.
5 Configuration and Operation
Weekly Programming:
The controller allows assigning one of two temperature levels (sun icon - day, moon icon - night) for each hour of the day, with a distinction between workdays and weekends. This allows for precise lowering of the temperature at night or during the residents' absence.
Advanced Functions:
- Temperature calibration: If the controller's readings differ from those of another reference thermometer, the displayed temperature can be corrected within a range of ±3°C.
- PWM mode: In this mode, the controller analyzes the rate of temperature rise and fall, which allows earlier shutdown or activation of the heating, minimizing the thermal inertia of radiators or underfloor heating.
- Vacation mode: Activation of this mode allows maintaining a constant, economical temperature for a specified period (from 1 hour to 99 days). After the programmed time expires, the controller automatically returns to the weekly schedule.
