1 Purpose and Features
The ACTii AC9471 outdoor camera is an advanced video surveillance device equipped with a high-class 1/3 CMOS F22 + FH8536 sensor with a FULL HD 1920x1080 resolution. Thanks to the integrated 4-in-1 interface, the camera supports digital standards AHD, CVI, TVI, and the analog CVBS standard, allowing it to work with almost any DVR available on the market or to be connected directly to a TV receiver (in CVBS mode).
The device is characterized by high sensitivity of 0.01lux and a mechanical IR filter (ICR), which guarantees excellent image quality both during the day and at night. The robust aluminum housing with an IP66 ingress protection rating ensures full protection against weather conditions, and the integrated mount allows for aesthetic concealment of the mounting cables.

Control and mode selection:
The camera is equipped with an intuitive joystick located on the connection cable. It allows for quick changes to the output signal standard (AHD, TVI, CVI, CVBS) and access to the OSD menu. This allows the installer to match the camera signal to the existing recording system without needing additional converters.

3 Safety Instructions
Important safety rules in accordance with EU standards:
- Power supply: The device requires a stabilized DC 12V power supply. Using a power supply with incorrect parameters may damage the camera.
- Mounting: The camera should be mounted on stable surfaces. The power and signal cable should be routed inside the mount to prevent cutting or mechanical damage.
- Operating environment: Although the camera has an IP66 ingress protection rating, direct immersion of the device in water should be avoided.
- Maintenance: The glass front of the camera should be cleaned with a soft cloth using mild detergents. Dirt on the glass may cause reflections when IR LEDs are active.
- Repairs: Do not open the camera housing yourself. All repairs should be performed by authorized service centers.
4 Installation and Configuration
Mechanical mounting:
The integrated camera mount allows for full regulation in three planes (rotation and locking at any angle). The 35cm connection cable is hidden inside the stand, which protects it against vandalism and weather conditions.
Electrical connection:
- Connect the BNC plug to the coaxial cable leading to the DVR.
- Connect the power plug (2.1mm/5.5mm) to the 12V DC power supply (min. 250mA).
- Set the appropriate image standard using the joystick on the cable, holding it in the corresponding direction for about 5 seconds.
OSD Menu configuration:
The screen menu allows for adjusting the following parameters:
- WDR: Wide Dynamic Range (improves visibility in high-contrast conditions).
- DNR: Digital Noise Reduction (cleaner image at night).
- Day/Night: Day/Night operating mode (automatic, color, or black and white).
- WB (White Balance): White balance for natural colors.
- AE (Auto Exposure): Automatic exposure.
- Brightness/Contrast/Sharpness: Basic image parameters.
