3 Installation and Usage Instructions
Connecting the device:
- Before connecting, ensure that the power supply is disconnected from the AC power source (mains socket).
- Verify that the voltage (V) parameters and polarity of the power supply match the requirements of the end device.
- Insert the 2.1/5.5 mm DC plug into the power socket on the device. Thanks to the angled design, the cable should hang freely along the housing.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the appropriate power source (if the cable requires terminating, ensure that the connection is insulated).
- Connect the power supply to the mains and check the correct operation of the device.
4 Safety and Maintenance
Important safety rules:
- The product is intended for indoor use only. Protect from moisture and direct contact with water.
- Do not exceed the maximum current permissible for a given wire cross-section.
- Before each use, check that the cable insulation is not broken or frayed.
