Thanks to its robust aluminum alloy construction and precision synchronous motor, the unit is ideal for sectors with high security requirements, such as border control, correctional facilities, law enforcement, and construction sites.
The device is characterized by high resistance to extreme temperatures, corrosion, and strong winds. A built-in H-type automatic heating system enables reliable operation in freezing conditions, ensuring smooth mechanical movement even in sub-zero temperatures.

3 Operating Manual and Control Logic
Remote control modes:
The unit is controlled via the included industrial RF remote. The device offers two operation modes for different axes of motion:
- Horizontal Axis (Left/Right) - Bistable Logic: Pressing and releasing the directional button activates constant movement. To stop the unit, press the same button again. Directions are mutually exclusive – the current movement must be stopped before changing direction from left to right.
- Vertical Axis (Up/Down) - Default Mode: Operates in bistable logic, similar to the horizontal axis.
- Vertical Axis (Up/Down) - Momentary Mode (Alternative): The device can be set to a mode where movement occurs only while the button is held. Releasing the button stops the mechanism immediately.
Additional remote functions:
The remote is equipped with START and STOP buttons used to activate or completely lock rotation control, preventing accidental changes to the device's position.
4 Installation and Mounting
Mounting principles:
To ensure full protection against weather conditions, the pan-tilt unit must be mounted in a vertical position. In this orientation, the housing optimally protects electronic and mechanical components from rain and snow.
Electrical connection:
The device requires 230V AC power. Connection should be performed by qualified electrical personnel. According to wire markings:
- Brown Wire: Phase (Load)
- White Wire: Neutral / Ground
Note: Ensure the RF antenna (5cm, included) is correctly tightened to the antenna connector to ensure the declared 100m range.
5 Safety and Maintenance
WARNING: Device powered by 230V mains voltage!
- Never open the device housing while connected to the mains.
- Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance.
- The installation must be protected by an appropriate fuse and a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB).
Safe usage guidelines:
- Do not exceed the maximum load (25kg horizontal, 12kg vertical). Overloading can lead to permanent damage to the synchronous motor.
- Regularly check the device for cable gland tightness and mounting screw stability.
- When used in environments with very high salinity or acidity, periodic cleaning of the housing with clean water is recommended.
- Batteries in the remote (2x AA) should be replaced immediately upon noticing a decrease in control range.
