3 Installation Instructions
Installation steps:
- Choosing the location: Choose a stable surface (wall or ceiling). Ensure that there are no electrical wires or pipes at the drilling point.
- Marking the holes: Place the mount base on the surface and mark the locations for 3 mounting holes (30 mm spacing).
- Drilling: Drill holes with a diameter suitable for the included expansion anchors.
- Fixing the base: Insert the anchors into the holes, place the mount, and screw it firmly using the provided screws.
- Mounting the camera: Screw the Google Nest Cam onto the mount thread.
- Adjustment: Loosen the locking ring on the ball joint, set the desired camera viewing angle, and then firmly tighten the ring to lock the position.
4 Safety and Maintenance
Safety rules:
- Do not exceed the maximum load of 4 kg.
- Ensure that the mounting base is attached to a material of appropriate strength (concrete, brick, solid wood).
- In case of mounting on a facade with thermal insulation, use specialized anchors for polystyrene (not included in the set).
- Protect the product from contact with aggressive chemical substances that could damage the enameled coating.
Maintenance:
- Check the tightness of the mounting screws and the ball joint locking ring every six months.
- If soiled, clean the mount with a soft, damp cloth without using strong detergents.
