1 Purpose and Functions

The robust 280 mm ACTii AC8024 aluminum bracket is a professional stand designed for stable mounting of heavy industrial CCTV cameras and camera housings. Thanks to its durable construction, the product is dedicated to work in demanding conditions, offering reliability in both indoor and outdoor installations. The bracket features high load capacity and exceptional adjustment flexibility, allowing for precise aiming of the camera lens in any direction.

3 Installation and Mounting

Sequence of steps:

1. Choosing a location: Select a stable load-bearing surface (concrete wall, brick wall, or ceiling) that will support the weight of the bracket along with the mounted camera/housing.
2. Preparing the holes: Apply the bracket base to the surface and mark the spots for 4 mounting holes.
3. Securing the base: Drill the holes and fasten the bracket using appropriately selected wall plugs and screws (these should be selected individually based on the type of substrate).
4. Mounting the device: Screw the camera or housing to the bracket head using the standard mounting thread.
5. Angle adjustment: Loosen the locking screws on the bracket joint, set the desired camera viewing angle (360° rotation range), and then firmly tighten the screws to lock the position.

4 Safety Instructions and Maintenance

Safety rules:

• Do not exceed the maximum allowable load of 15 kg. Overloading may lead to damage to the bracket or the equipment falling.
• Ensure that the mounting surface is capable of bearing the static and dynamic load (e.g., during strong winds in the case of outdoor installations).
• When mounting at heights, take special safety precautions and use certified safety equipment.
• All installation work should be carried out with the camera power supply disconnected (if applicable).

Maintenance:

• Check the stability of the bracket mounting to the wall/ceiling and the tightness of the adjustment screws once every 6 months.
• In outdoor conditions, monitor the condition of the aluminum surface. If necessary, clean with a soft cloth without using aggressive chemical agents.
