1 Purpose and Functions

The high-quality Li-Ion ACTii AC6367 battery is a versatile power supply device designed to function as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for a wide range of electronic equipment. The device is ideal for maintaining the operation of industrial cameras (IP, AHD, TVI, DVI, CVBS), Wi-Fi routers, modems, DVR/NVR recorders, and various types of controllers in the event of a sudden power failure.

The battery is equipped with an advanced electronic BMS (Battery Management System), which manages the charging process, protects the cells from overcharging and excessive discharging, which significantly extends the device's service life. Thanks to the "pass-through" function, the battery can be permanently connected to both a charger and the powered device, acting as a built-in battery – a power outage from the mains does not cause an interruption in the receiver's operation.

Charging the device:

The battery should be charged using a standard smartphone charger with a Micro USB output. The recommended charging current is 1-2A. The device can be permanently connected to the charger, which ensures continuous cell replenishment and readiness for backup operation.

Choosing the output voltage:

There is a slider switch on the side of the housing that allows you to select the voltage for the DC output (2.1/5.5mm socket). Available options are:

• 12V: For industrial cameras, recorders, and most routers.
• 9V: For older router models and some audio equipment.
• 6V: For specialized controllers and toys.
• 3.6V: For low-voltage battery-powered devices.

CAUTION: Before connecting the device, ensure that the selected voltage is compatible with the requirements of the powered equipment! Incorrect voltage may damage the receiver.

Using USB ports:

To power devices from the USB ports (e.g., smartphone, USB modem), connect the cable to one of the two USB sockets, and then press the power button on the housing. The LED diodes will indicate the charge level and the activity of the 5V outputs.

4 Safety and Maintenance

In accordance with EU safety standards for devices containing lithium-ion cells, the following rules must be observed:

• Protection against moisture: The device is not waterproof. It must be protected against flooding, rain, and humidity exceeding 90%.
• Temperature: Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight or heat sources exceeding 60°C.
• Self-repairs: It is forbidden to open the housing. Inside, there are high-energy-density cells, the damage of which can lead to a fire.
• Storage: If the battery will not be used for a long time, it should be charged to about 60% and stored in a cool, dry place.
• Disposal: The product must not be thrown into the regular trash bin. It must be taken to a collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
