You can easily screw a PVC pipe (e.g. sewage) to the handle.
A GSM LTE modem can be installed inside the PVC tube (when installed outside the house) or outside the PVC tube (when installed at home).
The handle can be very easily and precisely rotated in any direction, and after screwing the screws, you get a very stable and time-stable position.
The holder can be attached to the wall or glued to the window sill (e.g. with an elastic glue called Mamut).
A PVC pipe with a diameter of 40 mm is enough to mount the PVC tube of the GSM LTE modem to USB inside. Such a PVC pipe is available in any DIY store for about PLN 2. In addition, when assembling outside from the top of a PVC pipe, you need to mount a pipe cap (cost about PLN 1.5).
Instead of a PVC tube, you can use a hermetic box, which is also easy to attach to the handle.
